    • We do not offer pre-paid return labels.  Send your return package at any affordable shipping method of your choice.

    • Please note that Sale items (ending at 90 cents), bodysuits, jewelry & face masks are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund & exchange.

    • Review our Returns Criteria below to be certain the items you are returning are eligible for a refund.

      • Sale/Markdown items ending at 99 cents.

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unscented condition.

    • Returns must be sent within 30 days of the shipping date.

    • If any of the items listed above are returned, we will charge a stocking fee of 50%.  Meaning you will only receive 50% of your refund.
