HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    • Due to our Moving Sale, all items are Final Sale.  These items are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • We will be happy to accept your return in their original condition (unworn, with original tags & packaging) within 30 days of the shipping date.

    • We do not offer pre-paid return labels.  Send your return package at any affordable shipping method of your choice.

    • Please note all Sale Items, bodysuits, jewelry & face masks are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund & exchange.

    • Review our Returns Criteria below to be certain the items you are returning are eligible for a refund.

     

    OUR RETURNS CRITERIA

    • The following items/categories are not eligible for an exchange and/or refund.

      • Sale/Markdown items ending at 99 cents.

      • Bodysuits

      • Jewelry

      • Face Masks

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unscented condition.

    • Returns must be sent within 30 days of the shipping date.

    • If any of the items listed above are returned, we will charge a 50% stocking fee.  Meaning you will only receive 50% of your refund.
